My husband loves his Rockrooster boots! He has been wearing them for years now, and continues to say that they are stylish, they feel great, and excellent value for the money. The black boots have a steel toe, and he ordered them for his new construction site since it is a big requirement. He has never been fond of steel toe boots, and how they feel, but somehow Rockrooster has delivered a pair of boots he loves to wear. The CoolMax insoles make him feel like he is walking in normal tennis shoes, while keeping his feet dry from the icky foot sweat *Stylish for the worksite as well as for at home! ? Highly recommended & I have a happier working hubby after a long day. ??

My husband says that these are great shoes and are very comfortable. They look great, he likes to wear them with his jeans. They seem to be well made and run true to size. They will take a little time to mold to his foot, but being that they are leather, I expect them to last a long time. I will update this review if they present with any issues in the near future.

These were laced so tightly that I couldn't even get my feet in them. Once I completely undid that and then laced them myself, they were fairly comfortable.Now for the confusing part. The listing says nothing about these being wide width. The box says they are. They aren't. They are slightly less wide than my normal boots. Those boots are not wide width. So, listing says they are normal, box says wide, but they are normal. Weird.Fit wise, they fit the same as most work boots. If you've ever owned Dickies, order the same size you would in those. For me, that means a size smaller than I'd wear in Nike.Quality wise, they are pretty good. They are pretty close to what you see in the pictures. They aren't quite that perfect, but they aren't a mess either.The insoles are quite meaty. If you have flat feet, you won't like the arch support though. It's fairly aggressive. The shoes themselves are a bit small around the ankles. That's where the lacing is a problem. I couldn't even get my foot through there until I loosened everything up considerably. Even with the laces as loose as I can get them, they could be a bit roomier there. If you have big ankles, you'll have issues.
